Our Policies and Purchase Information

Your personal and credit card information is safe with us. Our secure server software is the industry standard and encrypts the personal information shared with us during the ordering process. For added security, we do NOT keep your credit card information on file.

Payment information for US buyers
- We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, checks and money orders as well as Google Checkout.
- You may use our shopping cart to order or simply call in or email your order.
- We use Propay and Paypal as credit card processors. The Paypal credit card processing system is separate from the Paypal personal and business account system.
- You will see a charge from ECLECTICELEMENTS or info@shopsparkleplenty.com on your credit card bill.
Large Order or Custom Order Policies
- For all orders over $250 we require payment by Check, Business Check, Bank Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order. We have adopted this policy for your protection as well as ours. A check or cashier's check order will be shipped when the check clears which usually takes 3-7 days, but could take up to 14 days. If you pay by Postal Money order you order will ship within 2 business days.
- Custom Orders over $250 will require a 1/3 deposit with the balance due upon completion.
- Large custom orders will typically take 7-21 days to complete, as we handcraft each item individually. Other factors influencing delivery time include number of pieces in the order and our stock of available materials. We will keep you informed throughout the process so that you have a good idea when the order will be finished.
- Please email us with your particular needs prior to placing your order.
Other policies
- Resizing is free.
- First Class Mail shipping is $1.50. Please add $4 for Priority Mail shipping.
- First Class Mail service is suspended from December 5th thru December 25th each year. At this time Priority Mail is the default shipping option at an additional charge of $4.
- International customers please email for a shipping quote.
Shipping Information for US buyers
- First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 days and is not guaranteed.
- Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days and is not guaranteed.
- Express Mail is a Next Business Day Overnight service to most areas, but is not guaranteed.
Express Mail orders must be received by 1:00 PM MST - Fedex Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are also available.
Fedex orders must be received by 1:00 PM MST - We will ship your package in a timely manner and with your particular delivery timeframe in mind, but we cannot guarantee any particular carrier's service once the package leaves our hands.
- We will provide you with a tracking number if one is available.
- Personal Check and Cashier's Check purchases will not ship until the check clears which usually takes 7 days, but could take up to 14 days.
International Sales
- At this time we ship to the UK, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
- We accept International Money Orders in US Dollars, Paypal or MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept checks drawn on non-US banks or for amounts higher than invoice total.
- International orders generally take 4-10 days to arrive, but may take 30 days or more. We ask for your patience. We cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments.
- We ship Priority Mail International. Two rates are available based on the number of items ordered.
- First Class International is at buyer's own risk, not guaranteed, no insurance available. These packages can arrive in 6 days however some may take 3 months to arrive.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no way for us to know if these types of charges will apply nor can we estimate the amount you may be charged.
- All customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the actual purchase price in USD listed.
Quality assurance
- We use quality materials and stand by our workmanship.
- If you ever have a problem with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our goal.
- From time to time Mahjong and other stretch bracelets need to be re-strung. Please contact us if you need an item restrung or resized.
- We drill our game pieces all the way through and hand wire wrap or attach each piece securely. No worries about glue giving out with our high quality construction!
Returns:
- We love happy customers! If you receive an item that is not what you expected you may return it within 5 days for a refund or exchange
- Please email us so that we know you have sent an item back for refund or exchange
- Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition that we sent them out to you with all tags or identifying marks intact.
- Item must be postmarked within 5 days of the day you received it. If you are ordering an item as a gift, please let us know so we may extend our return policy for your purchase.
- Please purchase Delivery Confirmation and Insurance on returned items. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of a returned item.
- Returns on large or custom orders will be granted on a case by case basis and at our discretion. We may extend a store credit or exchange rather than a return on some custom orders.
- Shipping charges on returned orders may or may not be eligible for reimbursement depending on the circumstances. For example, expedited shipping charges for Express Mail, Fedex 2nd Day and Fedex Standard Overnight are not eligible for a refund.
- Payment refunds will be issued in the manner in which you paid.For example, if you pay by credit card your refund will be issued to the credit card you used. If you pay by Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded.
If you receive a damaged item:
- Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item. We will inform you of the best way to deal with this based on the shipping method.
- Claims will be made through the original shipping company. Guidelines for insurance claims vary so please contact us immediately so that we can help with the claim process.
- Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
